How it works

How it works

Step One

School Creating Account

This is the starting point of this platform, Here school signup with Dorots online school learning manager by choosing and paying for the said plan. Once the payment have been confirmed by us, we will setup the school learning platform for them within days and the school super admin login information sent to the email address provided by the school when they were signing up with us.

The school super admin  is the main platform account an can be distructive if it entered a wrong hand. So schools should be careful whom to give this account access, because with this account the user can do and undo.

Step Two

Adding Classes and  Courses/Subject

After the school minght have recieved the school super admin login information via there email address, They will proceed to login to the school dashboard using the super admin login information, on logging to the dashboard, the first thing to do is to create classes.

Note: Any class created would be assign with a unique code, and once you create any class, you can only change the class name and not the code. Also once you assign a teacher or place a students on that class, changing it name will note have any effect on people assign to or place on them.

After you have addedd all the classes you, now add  Courses/Subjects to the classes created.

Note: Make Sure that you have added all the  courses/subjects, setup it Exam time  before you add students. This is because any students added to a class will only have access to the Courses/Subjects on the plaform already.

Step Three

Adding Teachers

After you have setup all the classes and courses/subjects you, now add teachers and assign teachers to the classes you created.
Example: Mr teacher one(Government teacher) assign to SS 1, Mr teacher two(Physics teacher) assign to SS 1 e.t.c When two teacher logged into their dashboard, Teacher one Teaches Government while the Teacer two teaches Physics to SS 1 and they can only by limited with class activites going on, on SS 1.

Note: On Each teacher added to the platform, a unique login information will be generated which they can use to access their dashboard.

Step Four

Teachers login and start Adding Course/Subject topics base on class assigned to the teacher.

Now that you have teachers on the platform, they can now add  course/subject topics and topic notes to the course assigned to them.

Example:  Mr teacher one(Government teacher) assign to SS 1, can be able to add subject topics and notes to Government subject for SS 1.

                Step  Five

Adding of Students on classes and given them their login access.

Now That Classes, Courses/Subject, Topic resources  have been setup, the next thing to do is to add students to the platform by  placing them in their various classes.

Note: On Each Student added to the platform, a unique login information will be generated which they can use to access their dashboard.

Step Six

Students login and Start learning base on classes.

Based on Step five, The students logged in to their dashboard, which will give them access to the courses/subjects assigned to his or her class. From there they will access the course/subject -> note/materials published by teachers, also the student can access school E-library to read books related to the subjects at hand.

Step Seven

Student Take CBT-Exam and teacher grade them base on score

After the students are through with their studies, they are expected to take an exam, which is a computer base(CBT), The exam system is an automated in logic( i:e That it handle every aspect of the exam system, including scoring of student). Which after the scoring, will push the result to the teacher for grading and remark.

Note: That if the student score below the pass mark threshold (i:e If the student Failed to pass the exam at the first Sitting), The teacher can give him/her another chance or the student wait for another term to complete the exam task. What i am saying in excess is that the student must pass all his courses before he will be promoted to a higher class (This depends on school policy).

Step Eight

Students are promoted to higher class if passed all assigned courses.

Based on the outcome of the Step seven, if the students have passed all the courses/subject of the present class assigned to him, the teacher will move him to a higher class. If not, he should keep on trying (This depends on school policy).

Step Nine

Students Print Transcript at the end of the final class left.

As the student progresses, his transcript will be generated on a realtime, which he can print or export any time.
